Installation Mechanic
Under limited supervision installs or supports installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) for all facilities; performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. An apprenticeship in air conditioning and refrigeration and 3 years experience in residential or commercial HVAC installation, maintenance and repair.

Required Skills and Knowledge of the following:
1. HVAC systems, installation and maintenance
2. Electrical installations of 24 V to 460 V single phase and three phase
3. Water towers, refrigerant recovery systems, pneumatic and electrical controls
4. EPA rules and regulations
5. Saftey using a variety of hand and power tools
6. Analyzing technical data to determine appropriate repairs
7. Ability to work on a flex schedule and on-call hours

Service Technician
Responsible for performing emergency and scheduled maintenance service calls.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum 3 years experience as an HVAC Service Technician. Must have good personal skills in addition to strong technical experience.

Required Skills:
1. CFC Certified
2. Valid drivers license
3. Ability to work on a flex schedule and on-call hours
