| I am impressed with your service tech, George. He was courteous. Very polite and patient in answering all my questions each time he has serviced my furnace in the fall and air conditioner in the spring. Each time he has assured me that all was in good condition. He was very business like in doing whatever was required to ready each appliance for the season. You will be pleased to know that at one time during conversation he said that he liked working for Quality Air because Quality Air cared about their employees and their customers. That raised my confidence in him and in Quality Air.

| It was the coldest Friday night of the year and my mother's furnace was not working. We called your service department and spoke to Lindsay. Even though it was Friday and closing time she made arrangements for someone to come out that night. Your service tech was there in a flash and diligently worked to make this 30 year old furnace work. We were amazed that in this “no customer service' world we received priority customer service. My mother is a recent widow and it not only gives us comfort but most importantly gives her comfort and assurance that your organization will take care of her!

| I wanted to write and let you know how very well Tom represents you and your company. I had a compressor problem and Tom responded. He could not have been more pleasant or professional. He smiled, introduced himself, wiped his feet, put on booties and asked about our problem…..he advised us of the need for a part which he had on his truck and had the unit working in no time. Tom advised us that he had been with the company for 10 years. He is an exceptional technician, and above all, a real gentleman……incidentally, when I built this home in 1990, Quality Air installed the original furnace.
